Sam is the founding director of Armytage Corporate Lawyers.

He is a current legal practitioner and prior to founding Armytage Corporate Lawyers worked as a lawyer in the banking and finance division of a top-tier national law firm.

Sam's legal expertise is financial services law, insolvency and debt recovery, and general commercial practice.

He has managed investments since 1998. Using extensive legal and financial experience to benefit clients, Sam specialises in connecting sophisticated investors with capital raisings for small to medium ASX companies.

Sam holds bachelor degrees in law and commerce, and a Master of Applied Finance from University of Melbourne. He is an Senior Associate of FINSIA, and was awarded the highly respected Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation in 2005.
